If it's such a "no-brainer" than how come it seems to have provided months and months of debate?

And furthermore, if keeping the transfer agent "gagged" serves a business purpose (whether or not you can see it) then I would just as soon keep that transfer agent gagged. The ONLY reason to ungag the transfer agent is to appease shareholders who complain about it... UNLESS there is no longer a business reason for it. Then it should be transparent to the shareholders, IMO.

Perhaps your belief that there is such a thing as a "no-brainer" explains it. Personally I don't like handling any of my business or investing decisions without using mine.
