This is the reason I go off on these NS guru nuts. They promoted this. Whether because they were paid to do so like Bud Burrell or not. If they are so called experts then they knew what they weren't telling these sheep. They are either paid or they allowed people to get trap to further their cause. Yes NS is a bad thing but NS has nothing to do with these pinky scams. And this is what it has led to. Even those that don't go as far as this still think that NS will give them a ROI.

Do you see any of these so called NS saviours setting their followers straight even today? Hell no. They would lose their following if they told the truth.

that's pretty funny but sad too, I can't help but feel really bad for those people. Not just because they bought the stock and most likely can't afford to be throwing away money on a pinksheet but also they are obviously VERY uneducated possibly to the point of illiteracy. I'm with ya Ric with the NSS gurus/Stock pumpers. They are the ones that deserve the worst and the wrath.

It isn't really a lawsuit. It is just a statement of claim which is the required precursor to a lawsuit against a government agency.

It is so riddled with errors that I can't imagine it doing much more than providing comedic relief for the court clerk's office. Note that she has given Washington, North Carolina as the SEC's address.

I wonder what she is planning on using as evidence in this suit? Message board postings that say CMKM was chosen by the government as a NSS sting vehicle? Maybe she has Acca lined up to testify as an expert witness - lol.

Then she goes on to ask the court to advise her if she needs to do anything else to secure her rights. Have these people ever heard of attorneys? Not to mention that she doesn't know who is hiding her money from her but she is sure it is somebody.

lol, good luck to him. Courts have very specific rules about the format of filings. Failing to double-space, or leave adequate margins, is enough to get your complaint thrown out. I'm quite sure handwriting is unacceptable.

OMG! This is hilarious & sad at the same time. The sad part is there are people this stupid on the planet.

It's easy to see how Urbie managed to pull off this scam when he targeted the dumbest of the dumb. Not only did they get scammed but they will fight to the death their right to be scammed.

Does anyone know what alias Barbara posts under on the message board? My best guess would be abadgoodgirl. She's about the biggest nutjob involved in CMKX...& that's saying a lot!
