There is a CMKM nut, there just isn't anyway to say it nice, that just filed a lawsuit against the SEC in North Carolina. They are filing the claim to force the SEC to release their funds for Naked Shorting. Can't stop laughing.

You got to read this. What a nutcase. And they filed it in freehand. they couldn't even take the time to type it out.
