Of course the fact that Joe had a contract with GlobeTel proves nothing.
We don't know yet if the "problem" with the numbers, was Joe's, Huff's, Leinwand's the accountants etc... or a combination of many. Remember the company got a Wells Notice too. If the SEC had found it was "only" Joe responsible for this and the company was a "victim". Do you really think they would have gotten "their" Wells Notice and been threatened with the revoking of their shares. Seems very, very, unlikely they would have done this if they felt they weren't also culpable for something very significant.
Restating the numbers proves nothing.
Joe getting fired proves nothing.
And yes, as I pointed out, just about everyone who has believed in this company and stuck with them long term is paying the price for it.
