HMMMM, lets see. IMO

JoeM has contract with Globetel which states he gets shares from Globetel if he makes Centerline perform.

+JoeM shows great numbers and gets shares.

+Globetel has to restate Centerline numbers (JoeM's dept)

+JoeM get fired from Globetel

+JoeM gets Wells Notice

= JoeM falsified numbers to get shares from company (shareholders) = STEALING

Also, as a LONG I have lost money! Which was my point, we could have made money. Thanks again, JoeM
