Wow, now this is getting funny or maybe even hilarious. So now SPZI owns 120 million shares from 141 but you think that there are 266k o/s? And you do think that the price right now has anything to do with the real price? Is that what you wanted to say?

You say that the O/S for XXIS is 266.7K right? Now if we take 120,000,000 (SPZI owned shares of 141) divided by 266.7k X 1000 (for a 1000 to 1 split), that gives us 0.44994375.

120,000,000/266,700,000 = .44994375

OR

45%

Hmmm - that number sounds real close to the estimated percentage that we gave to the SPZI ownership in 141!
