according to ameritrade...

the OS of XXIS is 266.7K

I have seen a reverse merger unfold before my own eyes...

shares were bought at 0.02 cents and then when PR was announced...went to 0.14 cents...and then up from there...

the share structure will stand (whatever the OS) and a split or disbursement will occur to get an appropriate number of shares...The proper way is usually a split...which is what happened with the last stock I had (and still have, BTW).


I am confident we will be valued a lot higher...Wildman and my stock, that is!!!

I think everyone should get in on the action...bid went to 2 bucks...perhaps we can set the initial price!!!

Traderfan: the share price will change pending the split or disbursement...If there is only 300K, then they will give 1000 per share to make it 300 million...and the price would be that much less per share.
