What I am saying is that IF the OS is 266K, 141 or the K group and others have likely purchased almost all of it.

In accordance they will distribute the shares to whomever they want...K group, SPZI, etc...the share structure will be what they want if they own 99% of the company.

Usually, when a shell actually gets a company (through a RM) the share price rockets, because prior to the occurence, It was nothing with no assets...

let's just see.

BTW...pretty funny how 266K shares is close to the 300 million noted earlier...maybe it will be 266 million shares!!! just hopeful, that's all.
