We see results just look at the filings and the pr, no need for receipts. I trust the team they will do what is best for the company, office rent,utilities,patends,ect. cost money plus they are running their own households $800,000.00 does not seem like a lot to me. IMO.

we have patents, and they are expensive. also the guys have mortgages and car notes and gas and food and families. i am surprised they haven't sold more. how much stock they have sold to keep going forward does not bother me one bit. i am ready to see us go to market with product, but it very well may still be while for that to happen. or not. they are very quiet and we cannot do anything but guess. the stock price has held well under this pressure, however, and with our new associations that get more people involved, and more people talking about us, who knows what could happen to the pps even though we have never had earnings.

Welcome to you and your post. You don't seem all that inexperienced to me, but this stock may be too risky for you.IMO We will be updated on actual expenses in the future as I don't expect our officers are going to use their shares for expenses without some form of re-payment, I would not. Still better than authorizing more shares or taking paper loans, etc. at this point. If we can turn a profit without letting out more shares I will be amazed. Oh to be a fly on the wall...AJMO

I think the "receipts" should be coming out by the end of the month. The 10Q showing expenditures should answer a lot of questions for some folks and create some questions for others.

As I have said before, if this is a pump and dump, they sure do suck at it. I can't imagine them going through all the hassles with the SEC and shareholders for a measly million bucks to split up among the 5 officers.

What a lot of new prospectors don't know is that the founders of this company brought a lot of family and friends in under the private placements. You don't sell private placements to family unless you are legit, or unless you are a real scumsucker that would even cheat relatives. The founders are NOT scumsuckers. They are people with a great idea and product that will change the world of computing for years to come.

Like some have said, pennies are not for everyone. Even for those who do have the stomach for pennies, some pennies are a little (or a lot) scarier than others. This company puts out very little info and has no solid proof of a product. I personally do believe there is a product based on the most recent PR, but that is my own belief and others might not agree. Regardless, sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith and I see the officers involved in this company as a solid foundation from which to leap. I see tremendous potential here and I am more than willing to give them the time necessary to make things happen.
