I have a question that someone with more knowledge on the subject can answer. Why does ExoBox Inc not have shares that can be sold to raise capital. I thought that was the purpose of taking a company public was to raise money to start a company or allow them to expand. All of EXOBOX shares are issued to the executives as far as I can tell, I may not be correct in that assumption. I do know they sold some restricted shares in the past, but the largest majority of shares were issued to them.
