Welcome to you and your post. You don't seem all that inexperienced to me, but this stock may be too risky for you.IMO We will be updated on actual expenses in the future as I don't expect our officers are going to use their shares for expenses without some form of re-payment, I would not. Still better than authorizing more shares or taking paper loans, etc. at this point. If we can turn a profit without letting out more shares I will be amazed. Oh to be a fly on the wall...AJMO
