Mo Money.. I agree with that statement and I for one feel that it would be a show of transparency and honest dealing to share that with the shareholders as soon as is possible... within his plan.
It seems that such openness would foment a new feeling for this business as compared to the suspicions that will arise should it be 'gagged', none of our business, or "as a pink we don't have to say anything" kind of comments...
Not true the T/A does not have to give out any information as they are just the T/A. It is the companies responsibility to keep the shareholders up to date on the current share structure. However if the company gives authorization to have the information available to the shareholders through the T/A then they can give out that information. Keep in mind this is not a OTCBB stock it is a Pink Sheet stock.
