I believe in the strategy Cbay is looking to go foreward into OTCC.BB. A decision now gagging the T/A would push this idea miles back. There is nothing to hide anything anymore with Cbay and gagging the T/A would only proof Cbay being a fake.
Lets hold breath a while. One of the next steps of Cbay should be a homepage, an email adress and a Public Relation Manager. A PR manager is entitled to talk to us, not a trustful CEO. Once all this is established the assets will be next. So there are still some weeks time and court cases have to be done.

During the waiting period I have time to count my shares every day and I hope I do not lose any of them.
