The form 144 is only the intention to sell.

Real buys and sells would show up on form 4's. But they don't appear to be filing them on pink sheet stocks.

Unfortunately, there are still far too many loopholes in SEC reporting requirements.

The two filings in June were not valid

there was no opinion letter for the filings
6/19/2007 230,000 shares
6/19/2007 350,000 shares

so they were not valid but there is no way to remove 144 filings even if they are not correct

So the more recent filings were a portion of what was intended to be registered in June.

Remember that he is not connected with the company nor does he have direct contact with them and he was not compensated by the company
