If you compare the CNBC Form 144 filings against the Vickers data it appears that CNBC posts "filings" while Vickers post the actual sales. I THINK that is the difference, but could be wrong. The filing may not necessarily reflect a sale. Here's what Vickers shows for Barry's Form 144 filings:
