That's my understanding as well, Bat. I was trying to find some explanation for the discrepancies between the CNBC and Vickers Form 144 data. But in reviewing both files over the last year there are some differences between the two reports that did not make a whole lot of sense.
The bottom line is that we don't really seem to know who has sold - just who intends to sell.
