Im not sure i understand the questions here... It Clearly states on the assessors site that the owner of the properties is CAL-BAY and as such it is CAL-BAY responsibility to pay taxes on them, I might be confused on the question though, Cause all im seeing are properties owned by CAl-BAY and nobody else!! so imo of course Rivi paid these last payments!!
