Sam - Good to hear from you. I think they are referring to the fact that Cayanne Resources, Inc. is no longer an active company in Delaware, having been forfeited on August 25, 2007 due to lack of appointing a Delaware Registered Agent.
Do you know anything about that? Are they registered somewhere other than Delaware?
