mstep...you're correct...according to the State of Delaware, El Alacran is no longer a Delaware corp.....

and, as far as NASDAQ is concerned, I would be very suspicious of that statement......NASDAQ is not going to list them while they are trading @.0004.....I have to check NASDAQ regs., but, they have a minimum listing price....plus other criteria....

anyway, I emailed the company to find out it's "status"....let's give it a day or two to see what happens....
