I'll have to totally disagree with that statement. I had to spend time teaching Selam what the term "float" meant, pertaining to the stock. I would classify not knowing what the term "float" means as naive, especially for the person responsible in dealing with shareholders. Secondly, the company could have purchased a clean pink shell for $150K tops, but instead chose to spend over $10 million on the dirtiest shell possible. Granted, they crawled in bed (I hope accidentally) with a bunch of thieves, but that's beyond naive, it's flat out irresponsible and a total breach of their fiduciary duty. That said, it appears as if much of the scandal is behind us. It is what it is at this point and I think there are much better times waiting up ahead.
