joe...I think Selam's done a fantastic job assuming the sole role of public relations...granted she had to learn a lot about being involved with a public company I'm sure...but 3 months in I'd say she's a quick learner & has done nothing but project a positive vibe about all this company is in the process of attempting to accomplish despite all the growing pains.

On your second point about obtaining a far cleaner shell...as we all know hindsight's 20/20 so I'm definitely not giving Raphael anywheres near a free ticket on this one. However like you so eloquently stated...there's no sense in dwelling on it now...what's done is done...the approximate 10M shares has been dumped into the float by those who brought this shell to Raphael & if they were sold at an avg price of .30 cents that would put the price at approx. $3M but who's counting...as at least Raphael didn't run away from all the problems he unfortunately discovered...so I still give him major credit for not abandoning his shareholders through all his growing pains. And hope beyond all else that he recognizes what sincere shareholders want most is a proper execution of his roll out phase moving forward.

Concentrate on the many tasks at hands and deliver us the many results & all the mistakes/issues of the past 3 months will easily be forgotten...& I still say it was far better to get all the behind the scenes issues dealt with now regardless of the associated costs than later...for now the pathways are clear of further obstacles & this company can finally begin to fire on all cylinders moving forward.

best to u & all

joenatural - Very good post...I hope you are correct about the dirt since it pretty much tells folks where one has been hanging out...sometimes even the strongest detergent never really gets things clean enough. I do believe in redemption.
