One thing that appears to be true from these lawsuits is that there were some big investors buying in the 3s and 4s during those huge volume days; it wasn't all daytraders and momo volume going back and forth. I thought I was the only one, lol. Some folks held on for the TC premise/promise and have reached their patience level and are now working with the leeches.

The Milberg Weiss lawsuit doesn't seem to be based on the errors of the media articles. Rgds.
