Vickers....I suppose some investors sold today because of these lawsuits. Perhaps "shorts' used that stock to cover...whatever. If the suits are found to be based on the errors of the media articles, & the lawyers who just filed know this, and the suits are dismissed, then could a class action could be taken against these lawyers by today's sellers?
