Seagate and all their muscle have not yet persuaded HP. Once the Dell/Seagate/Wave solution gathers traction, HP will either jump on board, or be left to wonder why their solution is not the best for security.

What seems obvious to us (Wave shareholders)is not so obvious to HP at this point in time. We were always told that Dell was not really an innovator. Dell waits for things to become a standard before they implement new technologies. However in this case (FDE drives) Dell will be leading the charge, while HP be left wondering why they are selling a less robust solution.
