I have finally contacted my broketr asking wherethe hell my divvies are as they are filed with OTCBB.com. The process as I understand it is that the re-org dept will contact the transfer agent. after that its get grey as to what can happen. Transfer agent may reply saying we dont have anything yet or may contact company but I only get that info back thru the broker.
