Buckey, I contacted Aturd last week regarding the dividend this is there reply:

I do not have an official payable dividend from HARVARD LEARNING CENTERS INC
payable in August. The last official dividend I have for this company is
05/31/07. If there is a dividend paid by the companies paying agent and
delivered to us, we will be more than happy to pass that along. At this time, we
have not received any such notification from HARVARD LEARNING CENTERS INC.

I then asked them about the 5/31/07 dividend this is there reply:

Currently I have verified that no funds were received for a 5/31/07 HARVARD
LEARNING CENTERS INC dividend. At this point I would suggest contacting the
issuer to verify when was the last time they actually delivered payment on a
dividend. Issuers at times will release information on planned dividends and
then end up cancelling the payment.
