"G" family continued employment in the JV is up to Peraltas at this point, as they are the bulls in this JV. (Hold majority interest).

My understanding is they are not happy with the progress this JV has made either, and want a change.

That info I got 6 weeks ago.

To date...

Nothing has changed.
