mide, thanks for response, but IMO I can't believe that GTEM, even as a minority partner, would allow this kind of issue to continue. A minority partner is not powerless in a JV and I find it inconceivable that GTEM management has not stepped in and demanded a change 6 weeks ago. After all, this is an extremely important project, and for GTEM to just stand by on the sidelines is not believable to me. Do you think we have another problem, basically weak and indecisive management??
