ric: One step they are taking is adding warnings to company information. A company which doesn't report and has no financials earns a "stop sign" symbol.

CMKX, had it been trading at this time, would have earned the "Skull and Crossbones" symbol. This is used for company that have not reported, audited, and are pumping the snot out of their stock.

It's a start I suppose...

1) No reporting, no trading. Plain & simple. Trading should be halted immediately with stiff fines imposed if Qs are not filed on time.

2) An updated TA count must be available by the close of business the next business day with stiff fines imposed for non-compliance.

3) Stricter criteria for "Attorney Opinion Letters."
