The Pinksheet doesn't really care. It is all smoke and mirrors when they claim there is gong to be reform. The pinksheet market is a haven for con men and they rule the industry with the backing of organized crime. Until there is some sort of real reform where reporting is required then it is all band-aids to save face while the crooks continue to rob the cookie jar.

And as long as they allow message boards to promote these scams then people will never learn.
