hdsmonkey, All I'm doing is holding. I honestly have no idea of how this whole thing is going to work out. It looks to me like Jay's just giving you the standard lawyer-speak about evaluating your needs and how they relate to buying more MOBL. Whether he's honest or dishonest, he's acting just like an attorney would if he was standing in court in front of a judge. That's all he's ever done.
At the moment, the only thing I can tell you is that he's only guilty of being totally inept when it comes to running a company. I've been turning over all the rocks and stones I can to see if he's guilty of anything more than that, but so far, all I have is a lot of evidence supporting the ineptitude charge. That's not a reason to pursue him in a law suit, but if you or anyone else has evidence to the contrary, I would really like to know. As I've stated many times, I'm a self-appointed lawsuit guru, and I don't attempt to hide it. If anyone has anything more than innuendo or unsupportable stories about wrong-doing, I would really like to know. I'll get it to the right people, and insure that all parties are apprised of any actions taken.
As I've stated, so far, I have nothing that points to a smoking gun....just a very poor shot.
Just to remind everyone who reads any J-mail, he writes those responses just about like we write messages on this board. We just write what we feel at the time, and no one's trying for the Pulitzer prize. I never try to do a search for hidden clues in his messages. They're just quick and dirty responses and nothing more. The fact that he didn't say "stay tuned" probably doesn't mean anything more than that he was in a hurry. I joke about it sometimes, but I don't take it as having any real meaning one way or the other.
Buy, sell, or Hold???...I say hold. I think there's a lot more to this story, and I'll wait to hear the rest. Besides that, we still have a shot at that dial-around money. $$$$$$$
