Doc explain this crock of shit, like I'm suppose to get anything out of the SEC filings to help me make any kind of an intelligent decision, as far as I'm concerned if you read the filings your going to run like hell. I had no intentions of adding to my position, you kind of have to suck up to Jay or he won't answer your emails, what good it does though, he never says anything.

Don - I did not renew my auto purchase plan because I had
material insider information when that decision came up.

You should evaluate the risks and opportunities in our
company by reviewing our SEC filings before making any
decision to buy more of our stock.

You notice he didn't say stay tuned, does that mean there's nothing to stay tuned for. So I guess his insider info means MOBL will be 6 dollars a share in no time and he didn't want to take advantage of that, the SEC might track him down.
