SPIN: The offering was straight common. The very registration statement that you purport to analyze puts it this way: "The Common Stock was priced at $1.90 per share." As I've told you repeatedly, Wave got the money in November. So please lose the spin about "floating pricing" unless you're willing to cite support.

SPIN, you're getting plenty of press out of this filing, one that you said wouldn't show up until after SEC finished their investigation (which, of course, may be finished...who knows). There may indeed be an amendment to correct some possible errors (I haven't read it yet), but that would be par for the course. There needs to be a proofreading course delivered to those boys.

Nonethless, the shares are registered, which I see as a good sign.

You suggested I may want to adjust my rev prediction model. No, don't think so. I estimated/swagged 110k for Q4, 300k Q1, and somewhere near 1 mill in Q2. I don't consider those significant revenues. I still think that those orders of magnitude are realistic. We'll see.
