OT-Do you honestly think your threats and/or rants are going to teach them how to grow the business better, have they ever?
If so, help me out, please explain how it helps the ceo or managers, how it attracts potential customers, how it gets them the inroads to bid on a contract, how it gets them a longer term contract to be structured for profitability given currency, commodity monthly fluctuations, how it gets a contract signed, how it makes the contract execute faster, how it provides added funds or collateral or borrowing power from bankers for larger contracts.......... how is all you publish or your pending actions going to help anything!
Anything short of the above "business operation" actions executed successfully along with and many other elements could be bad news for ANY company, IMO.
IMO Whatever you think you can force them to say, rightfully or wrongfully is a mute point as to the longer term share price or valuation of the corporation. Companies go bankrupt every day....business deals change, customers don't pay, ceo's change and many other adverse situations take place, none illegal and most totally out of the companies control.
FWIW-Corporations do experience curve balls every day, fortunately with ILCO someone cared enough to pick up the ball and start running.......behind schedules, yes on the surface it seems so, but we don't have billions of shares outstanding, we now have a new ceo and hopefully a new light and vision/outlook going forward.
