You have a different view on what a lie is and what the truth is, when some one tells me they are going to do something by a certain time and that time pases without a word from that person , to me that is a lie, now maybe they were not able to make it on time , then they should have posted that they were going to be late which they did not do. for a business to succeed they need some credibility and to date ILCO has no credibility,
