Exactly. Since when do small companies have to make all these mergers and acquisitions to grow? Just sell the damn cards, for crying out loud. It's not complicated.
I'm not making any accusations so to the Paivis Defenders here don't get your panties in a knot, but sometimes it looks like the frequent mergers and acquisitions that go back in this company's history (through Jupiter, APO and beyond) resemble efforts to profit off the share structure and merger implications from the deals more than they are efforts to actually grow the company's business through sales.
