Good point. Look at ALL past mergers. Has a single one turned in to a profitable business?

No, not a single one. Considering the many mergers and changes in biz models over many years you would think one would be succesful. But not a single one was.

Insiders may have made a lot of money on every one of these deals and gamblers and flippers may have made some money, but investors buying to hold and wait for success have lost their shirts, as they have yet to have a single successful long term profitable business.

Lastly, if people wish to respond to me with TOU violations. I will not respond back and will stay within the TOU guidelines myself and expect the moderators to enforce the rules on those that are violating the TOU. That will ensure on topic discussion with no B.S. fights between posters and make this a far better and more useful board.

Exactly. Since when do small companies have to make all these mergers and acquisitions to grow? Just sell the damn cards, for crying out loud. It's not complicated.

I'm not making any accusations so to the Paivis Defenders here don't get your panties in a knot, but sometimes it looks like the frequent mergers and acquisitions that go back in this company's history (through Jupiter, APO and beyond) resemble efforts to profit off the share structure and merger implications from the deals more than they are efforts to actually grow the company's business through sales >>
