Charts, I can tell you are not a "big picture" person. Read up on the business EOR. Pay attention Unitization, permitting aspects and imagine organizing such an endevor and the costs involved. Yep, if it were as simple as squirting some C02 in the ground I say pack some in a suitcase and peddle it to all the producers and make all the money you want. Unless you own the reservoir you really are limited to more conventional, localized, methods.
