Why the heck do you defend this creep? Obviously he's fumbled about trying to get off, some how (but won't). Who knows what he told Ruth. But I think she'll end up being a more credible witness for the prosecution.

Everything that Plant is being charged with is 100% dead on. If not, he's the most idiotic "CEO" of all time. I believe the latter. Not only didn't he run the scam correctly, he didn't run the cover up correctly either! lol

Face it. He lied. Tried to cover it up. Got caught again. Everything he does digs a deeper hole. He's not too bright so this is all expected. Everyone else expects it too.

knowlesmsncom: Some questions for you:

What was Ruth's motive for forging documents relating to a contract with Kikomac/Kihomac and payments from that contract?

How did she manage to have anything to do with the claims about this contract, claims about deliveries via this contract, and claims about payments received, and the financials posted from December 2005 through when she was hired?

If there was a 3rd party who screwed Plant, what was the point of the addon contract with the DHS? The 3rd party apparently was able to sell any amount of product already, at least according to Plant.

Would there never being any multimillion dollar contract with any 3rd party be a smoking gun to you?

Do you think that the Justice Department won't be able to prove that Plant sold 1M worth of his own shares, and 880M shares of company stock, or was this something that Ruth Lane actually did behind his back?

Do you think that he really thought audited financials were being done (2005 and 2006 had been done acoording to him) but Ruth Lane was lying to him about those financials as well?

How is it that Plant first identified one 3rd party for the DHS contract, yet didn't notice that Ruth's forged documents that he later submitted to the SEC were for a different 3rd party?

TIA...
