Ruth a more credible witness for the prosecution.... Listen to what you are saying man. Ruth confessed and then change her story and that's credible? oh that's right, more creditable.
Ruth is the prosecutions only witness. Ruth is standing naked with only the FBI backing her as they are also throwing her under the bus too. Yes common since would tell you they are offering her a plea bargain but then again Plant is being accused of paying her off too, if you want to believe that. Ruth should have been offered a deal before and not after. Unless the FBI can pull out a gun, the gun that Ruth pulled out and shot them in the head with, the FBI botched the case from the get go. Just my opinion I believe the FBI should have snatched Ruth beforehand offered a deal and used her to set up Plant if these guys were really on the ball but they weren't and didn't. I guess they don’t watch the same movies as I do where the crook gets caught in the end, they should. The FBI was too busy envisioning promotions and carving notches on there gun belts by seeing an open and shut scam case of some ignorant CEO duping stockholders by using a major government agency that they overlooked the possibility that the criminal may have been smarter than them, a bookkeeper or being blamed on the bookkeeper as most believe here. If they were going after Plant, don't you think the smart thing to do would have been to snag Ruth first in that roundup before actually filing charges against Plant....... Evidence man evidence and they botched it. Some FBI agent is getting chewed out for being such a moron....... If it were a conspiracy making it the Plant and Ruth show now they have just made there job harder to prove it……

Being idiotic is not a crime but it can put you here. Now if Plant were duped two ways, he is a broke idiot along with me too! What a price we all paid either way.
Lets also point out that Plant shows cooperation and provides documentation to the FBI and Ruth shows evasive actions, lies, makes fake documents and covers up tracks. It’s not simple but, no gun, no case......... Ruth is the only one holding the gun and confession. Plant looks like a moron by allowing employees to do there jobs.....but giving them rope to hang themselves is not a crime.
My beliefs of innocence or guilt is not the issue and really desn’t matter here….evidence points to Ruth and a third party that duped Plant and CyberKey that all a jury needs to see and believe.
