Plants attorney is planning
his strategies on this and thinking the same thing I am:

So you guys expect me to believe that Ruth starts working for CyberKey\Plant as his bookkeeper sometime on or about September, Plant talks her into committing a major felony by forging and falsifying documents, then confessing to the FBI that she did it and that Plant was totally unaware of her actions all within about 4 months or less?
Hahahahaha get real.....this greedy b.........h got busted, got scared and admitted to the whole thing, the FBI looked stupid showed her a back door by getting Ruth to change her original story. Ruth was busted, why didn't she not roll Plant over from the onset? This is the biggest pile of heaping trash yet! Yes Ruth is a liar, a provable liar and if the FBI can't put the smoking gun in Plants hand, he walks. Plants criminal attorneys will rip her and this portion of this case apart..............
Notice it says “Ruth made the documents on a Cyberkey’s computer” and not Plant..... I’m willing to bet she even used her own computer in her office, what an idiot. While doing so I guess Plant had his hands full holding the gun to her head when he made her do it too. If you can't show that Ruth was forced then Plant walks on that charge. Under any laws you cannot be held responsible for actions of another person unless you can prove they were forced into doing so or through a conspiracy. If I tell you to go rob a bank and you do it, does that make me responsible for your actions? Absolutely not. Now lets assume it was a conspiracy to commit fraud, in order to prove that it will take a lot more that ones word against another’s especially since in this case Ruth has confessed to committing the crime from the beginning and then retracts her statement. It will take more of the gun and less smoke and mirrors to convince a jury Plant was in on this. The FBI was blind sided by Ruth’s confession. They started with the big red eye for Plant and completely overlooked Ruth and a confession. I can even see where the FBI could be accused of witness tampering, no gun….no case against Plant. Either Plant was brilliant or Ruth was real dumb…..evidence as I see it points to dumb. Guys holes are everywhere and 1 – 3.5 million dollars doesn’t just disappear, follow the rabbit! Unless they can show Plant signed or falsified any documents or if someone other than Ruth has first hand knowledge….stick a fork in it………..they’re done! Botched….boofard….. Hide and watch.
