We would be lucky to get $5 MM for Davel (exception would be IF (THAT'S A BIG IF) we get some dial-around compensation, but you know what they say about counting chicks before they're hatched ...)

and it's not clear whether we can get anything for ProGames at this point, as it is not much more than an idea.

Finally, the cash coming from USA Telephone is closer to $4 MM, but close enough.

For now, I think cash + equity value is closer to 0.024 - 0.025 range - actually i made this calculation yesterday morning.

i.e. there definitely is room for complex things to occur/unwind in the future, but this is our baseline for now ...

crashman, Davel is worth, maybe $3-$4MM,
at least that is what the majority have valued Davel. How do you get such a high number ($10MM)?
