BTW here is my calculation:
CLEC-debt= 5 million cash
8 million stock
Gobility 2 million stock
(probably more as the mystery unravels
Davel 10 million
Progames 2 million

27 million equity= $.035/share

.035 time industry standard 4.7 price/book = 16 cents sp +/- after they cleaned house. Much more if they really get something going for a change.
