In your original post, you alluded to a four month investigation. That was not in the Wave PR and in fact I tend to think it had a much more recent inquiry start. Where you simply counting from August without any knowledge or did I miss something?

SPIN: You need to take a step back and think about what it means to be objective. As far as I can tell, you just invented the "fact" that the SEC conducted a four month long informal inquiry and concluded that there was enough substance to upgrade it to a formal investigation. Show me you didn't.
