I don't get it. Does this mean that all those guys (who shall remain nameless) doing such great DD on the company and going to visit with Jimmy were just being used in the whole scam to come back to the message boards and give a positive report and keep up interest while Jimmy ripped everyone off?

Maybe, just maybe some of those unnamed dupes may learn a lesson from this. Probably not though. Being used over and over and being gullible isn't their fault. Some people just can't read people.

Letting yourself be used and being gullible is no excuse. I'm sure many lives were ruined here. If nothing else, stop letting yourself be used by con artists to rip people off. Know your faults and don't let them be used against you to ruin peoples lives. Looking for the good in people should be thought of as an asset though not a fault. In a perfect world it would be. In the pink sheet scam market it will get you and all those who listen to you eaten alive. It's a sad reality of life these days.

You have the case all sowed up and the indictment was just delivered..... Wow! You know you would not make a good judge or jury without hearing the arguments from both sides first but you don’t beat around the bush and just go straight for the juggler and right into conviction that say a lot for your character….

You are still being one sided on the issue and the road is still too long to hear you profess the same ole same, again over and over… Do you have any new material to share?

Folks, what’s changed from yesterday…indictments were a given and everyone knew that so stop with the BS it just took for ever for the "G" to get off there bu77s and serve them….now we can move forward with this and maybe get some news updates!

If you want to discuss something discuss this, once it is all said and done and if illegal shares were put into the market, the real questions here are....who here actually owns fake shares and what happens to them!

PS – LoanStew I see two charges and not three as were previously thought what’s up with that? Still too soon to cancel the bookkeepers involvement or knowledge at this point so don’t overlook anything here. I would say that it looks like several are under that bus it’s just I can’t recognize there faces, yet!
