I don't get it. Does this mean that all those guys (who shall remain nameless) doing such great DD on the company and going to visit with Jimmy were just being used in the whole scam to come back to the message boards and give a positive report and keep up interest while Jimmy ripped everyone off?

Maybe, just maybe some of those unnamed dupes may learn a lesson from this. Probably not though. Being used over and over and being gullible isn't their fault. Some people just can't read people.

Letting yourself be used and being gullible is no excuse. I'm sure many lives were ruined here. If nothing else, stop letting yourself be used by con artists to rip people off. Know your faults and don't let them be used against you to ruin peoples lives. Looking for the good in people should be thought of as an asset though not a fault. In a perfect world it would be. In the pink sheet scam market it will get you and all those who listen to you eaten alive. It's a sad reality of life these days.
