I'm sorry, but this justifies EVERYTHING having been said by so many, on this board, on the FNF board, over the last several months.
The wheels of justice may indeed work slowly, but they do work. And this outlines that they think Plant's attempt to toss "Ruth" under the bus was a complete and total LIE.
I wonder who turns off the lights?
I think it is safe to say that anyone who is holding shares at this point may as well get any fraction of a penny they can, before this is permanently gone. I cannot see how Plant will escape this, nor the company, since Plant IS the company.
