Rook, actually CB has preferred shares that he can convert to 10,5 million actual common shares. It's more or less a 5% of the company.
He wants to have the 33%. Thats the reason to the RS.
If he wants the 33%, he can buy today 150 million on the market and voilá, he get it.
I don't know any reason to give them BECAUSE HE SAY IT, that is the only reason I've heard until now. Perhaps the shareholders will give me another 33% to me. I'll be gratefull.
