good morning all and tgif. sabre or anyone, how can cb's worries of a hostile takeover be thwarted should the purposed r/s goes through as i've personally heard from jc?

if the perferreds are to be stipulated that cb (should he have the desire and wants) to convert like clockwork, than it would be 1% of the float every 90 days thus taking 8+ years on that schedule. so my question is this... if cb gets what he wants on the preferred's, does he have 30% ownership of the co prior to the conversion or does those preferreds have to be fully converted for him to aquire 30%? tia
