OT - See, I'm with you. I like my credit card. I buy everything with my credit card. It took me a while to do groceries as it just did not seem right. But, the rewards add up along with the reward points I get on my business card. Hell, many of the vendors I use take credit cards. I wonder why they are not concerned with the discount points - I would be...hmmm...
Anyway, on a certain day each month I go online and schedule the payment in full. Takes me about a minute or two. They don't take it out of my checking until the day it is due so I have full use the money until then. Staples use to be part of the rewards program and I bought most of my office supplies for my business with points buying gift certificates.
Credit cards are so convenient - great for record keeping. I also do a bunch of buying online. I don't like debit cards although a discount food store that my wife visits only takes that or cash or checks.
